The B-320
Our largest and most spacious bunkie! The B-320 maximizes space from two 20’ HC containers, allowing for one or two bedrooms as well as a bathroom and an optional kitchenette (permits required). This bunkie can be used for multiple uses including guest cabins or as external home offices, ideal for all those now working from home at their kitchen tables. Our bunkies are built from modified 20’ HC containers (9’6”H) and can be customized for each clients needs.

- Spray foam insulation - interior walls, floor & ceiling
- Drywall or baltic birch walls & ceiling - can be upgraded with various finishes (extra)
- Vinyl flooring - can be upgraded to laminate or engineered hardwood (extra)
- (16) Internal LED pot lights & 8 electrical outlets
- Built in wall heater & electrical panel
