The B-106+
Add a covered porch to our B-106. The B-106+ is a compact bunkie unit, at 106sq. feet of enclosed space it is allowed in most municipalities without a building permit, based on lot coverage & set back rules - please check with your local local building department. This bunkie can be used for multiple uses including guest cabins or as external home offices, ideal for all those now working from home at their kitchen tables. Our bunkies are built from modified 20’ HC containers (9’6”H) and can be customized for each clients needs, base kits include:
- Exposed corrugate (painted any colour) - can be upgraded with any external cladding (extra)
- Wood framed capped roof - can be upgraded with soffit pot lights (extra)
- Standard black 6’ vinyl patio door & window - upgrade options available (extra)
- Spray foam insulation - interior walls, floor & ceiling
- Drywall or baltic birch walls & ceiling - can be upgraded with various finishes (extra)
- Vinyl flooring - can be upgraded to laminate or engineered hardwood (extra)
- (6) Internal LED pot lights & 4 electrical outlets
- Built in wall heater & electrical panel
