The B-106 is our most compact bunkie unit. At 106sq. feet it is allowed in most municipalities without a building permit. This bunkie can be used for multiple uses including guest cabins, home office or gyms, cabanas or saunas. Our bunkies are built from modified 20’ HC containers (9’6”H) and can be customized for each clients needs, base kits include:
- Exposed corrugate (painted any colour) - can be upgraded with any external cladding (extra)
- Wood framed capped roof - can be upgraded with soffit pot lights (extra)
- Standard black 6’ vinyl patio door & window - upgrade options available (extra)
- Spray foam insulation - interior walls, floor & ceiling
- Drywall or baltic birch walls & ceiling - can be upgraded with various finishes (extra)
- Vinyl flooring - can be upgraded to laminate or engineered hardwood (extra)
- (6) Internal LED pot lights & 4 electrical outlets
- Built in wall heater & electrical panel
