Port Carling Commercial & Residential Complex

A 5-unit (3-storey) 2,000 SF modular multi-use retail and housing development designed and built by Ballance Containers in the tourist town of Port Carling in the Township of Muskoka Lakes. The compact site thoughtfully combines two commercial units and three residential units, delivering flexible retail space and comfortable seasonal accommodation to support the influx of visitors during peak summer months. The project showcases efficient modular construction, striking a balance between functional design and the lakeside community’s character.
