The GS-320 is our most compact proper 1 bedroom garden suite, built from two 20’ HC container (9’6”) offering 320sf. This small suite is ideal for smaller properties & budgets, making them ideal as in-law suites or income rental units. The GS-320 is a self contained modular unit that is delivered on 20’ flatbed trucks.
