Add a second residence to your Toronto home!

As of 2018 Toronto has allowed zoning for laneway houses, this allows qualified properties to remove an existing laneway garage or structure and build a second dwelling. This is ideal for multi-generational families to share one property or to add an income property to your existing Toronto home. Laneway homes are allowed to be up to 6.0m tall and width and overall square footage is based on the property and building regulations.
Below are some of our standard designs which can be customized based on client needs & budgets.

1 Bed, 1 Bathroom, 1 Kitchen 

The LW-320 is our most compact laneway home, built from two 20’ HC container (9’6”) offering 320sf. This entry level suite is ideal for smaller properties & budgets - if you are willing to forgo laneway parking. Multiple configurations are available, making them ideal as in-law suites or income properties. The LW-320 is a self contained modular unit that is delivered on 20’ flatbed trucks.

Upper 1 Bed, 1 Bathroom, 1 Kitchen + Lower Garage

The LW-960 is our most compact laneway home, built from four purpose built 30’ HC container (9’6”) offering 960sq. Multiple configurations are available, making them ideal as in-law suites or income properties. The LW-960 is a self contained modular unit that is delivered on a 40’ flatbed trucks.

The LW-1440 laneway home is built from six purpose built 30’ HC container (9’6”) offering 1440sq. Multiple configurations are available, making them ideal as in-law suites or income properties. The LW-1440 is a self contained modular unit that is delivered on a 40’ flatbed trucks
